Whether you need time to fix your credit, or you don’t have enough reported income, or many other possible reasons for needing a Rent To Own (or “seller financed” loan), we have helped hundreds of people and look forward to helping you as well!

Facts

We do not base our decisions on credit or background checks. We understand that sometimes people make mistakes or get dealt a bad hand!
Just like buying a home with a bank loan, you WILL need a sizable down-payment. Our buyers put down at least 10% of the sales price or $10,000 (Whichever is greater) for your DOWN PAYMENT
You will also need to show that you can make the monthly payments.
Rent to Own is the same as buying a home and you will be responsible for paying insurance, property taxes, principal, and interest on the loan.
On our unique Rent to Own program payments are calculated just like a 30 year bank loan and is free from a balloon payment.
